1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the TextCraft application. By downloading and running the software, you agree to be bound by these legal provisions. If you do not agree, you must delete the application.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

TextCraft is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. While we have rigorously tested its SQLite database implementation, we do not guarantee that the software is free of bugs. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption of your templates, or damages arising from reliance on the software.

3. License

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to use TextCraft. You are explicitly prohibited from decompiling the application, stripping its assets, or attempting to distribute a clone of its interface or functionality.

4. Revisions

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the application after an update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new legal agreement.
